Cipher Solutions was founded in 2001 by Dr. Vijay Ahuja in Raleigh, North Carolina. The company has contracts and engagements with government agencies (through different prime contractors), financial institutions, IT security companies, and storage vendors. Our team's focus is to deliver world-class services related to nearly all aspects of data protection.

Our team of consultants is led by Dr. Vijay Ahuja. Dr. Ahuja is a leading authority in Information and Internet security and privacy. He has more than 30 years of industry experience that ranges from design, development, and consulting to marketing and executive positions.

Education

He holds an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He is the co-author of two patents on key management and public key infrastructure.

Devesh Ahuja holds a very extensive background in Network Security and in Encryption. He has a wide array of experience with working in the private industry as well as the government. He has experience in working with clients on various technologies below:

He has also taught classes on subjects which involve Public Key Infrastructure, and Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A).
